Splesh Subscriptions

Splesh understands that life is busy, way too busy to be lugging around toilet tissue anywhere. So we have developed simple subscription options that give you control over your daily essentials without the hassle. The luxury of hassle free, it's what we do best.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Easy, just find the scent of toilet tissue you'd like, in the options will be 'one time purchase' or 'subscribe and save', select 'subscribe and save', from there it will give you options of how often you would like to receive your product, once a month, once every two months or once every three months. Once you have chosen which frequency suits you best add it to your cart.

From here you can check out as usual adding your delivery details, payment information etc. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order and subscription particulars, which can be changed at any time.

Any amendments to your subscription can be made in your website account portal. Options such as skipping a purchase, adding items to your subscription purchases, changing delivery times, updating payment information as well as cancelling the subscription can be made in here.

Splesh will send a courtesy reminder email 3 days before your card is charged as well as on the day of a payment being processed while your subscription is active, based on the frequency chosen. 

HOW DO I CANCEL?

Cancellation is quick and easy, if you choose to end your subscription simply click cancel on your customer portal, alternatively you can email support@splesh.co.uk where we will cancel the subscription for you. Once the subscription has been cancelled you will no longer be charged or receive products on future dates.
