1. How does the Splesh subscription work? It’s simple!

✔ Choose your favorite toilet tissue scent.

✔ Select “Subscribe & Save” (or “One- Time Purchase” if you prefer).

✔ Choose how often you'd like to receive it: Every month / Every two months / Every three months

✔ Add it to your cart and check out as usual.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@splesh.co.uk.

2. Can I change my subscription after ordering? Yes! In your Splesh account portal, you can:

✔ Skip a delivery

✔ Add or remove items

✔ Change your delivery frequency

✔ Update your payment or shipping details

✔ Cancel your subscription at any time

3. Will I be notified before each delivery? Yes!

We’ll send a courtesy reminder email 3 days before your card is charged and another on the day your payment is processed, based on your chosen delivery schedule.

4. How do I cancel my subscription? Cancelling is easy:

Once cancelled, you will no longer be charged or receive any further deliveries.
